Terms of Service
Eligibility and accounts
NESWUP is currently available only to approved organizations. Users must provide accurate information, protect their access credentials, and use only the organization workspace they are authorized to access.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or malicious material, misuse another person's information, or use NESWUP in a way that violates applicable law.
Customer responsibilities
Each organization is responsible for its job records, employee permissions, customer communications, regulatory obligations, and review of generated calculations or writing assistance before relying on or sending them.
Beta availability
Features may change during beta and the service may occasionally be unavailable. NESWUP does not replace licensed professional judgment, safety procedures, accounting advice, or legal advice.
Data and termination
Organizations retain responsibility for the information they submit. Access may be suspended for security, misuse, or the end of a beta arrangement. Export and deletion requests are handled under the applicable onboarding agreement and Privacy Notice.
